The room was spacious. It included a kitchen with a full-size fridge. A dishwasher was there. The heat and ac worked well. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. I liked the laundry facilities. I did not use them though.

I found the soundproofing on the windows not great. I heard noise from outside. There was a party next door at 1 am. I could smell all their smoke.

the staff was friendly and professional. the pool and playground are great for families. it is only a short ride to the airport (very important). i enjoyed the early check in too.

the bedroom air conditioner was a bit smelly. i think it needs some cleaning. i hope they fix it soon for other guests.

the two-bedroom suite lyndhurst has great space. it includes a full kitchen with various utensils (i saw pots, pans, and plates). the beds had crisp, clean sheets, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep, especially for the kids.

mixed experience with room issues

i was given a studio then upgraded to a two bedroom it had everything i needed.

the red stains outside my first room were concerning, i wasn't sure if it was blood. the replacement room's bathroom doors were very heavy and difficult to manage. also, the glass door to the balcony was really dirty with fingerprints.

Uneven Experience near airport

malfunctioning microwavelimited connectivity

The microwave in my room didn't seem to function. I tried to heat some milk, but it was A WASTE of time. the tv also lacked any options for streaming services, annoying. the roomservice dinner was good, but I am not sure it made up for those shortcomings. i HOPE they improve these issues .
